Last call to invitation for the Sale of used diplomatic vehicle

KOICA (Korea International Cooperation Agency) Office in Kyrgyzstan proposes to sell its used diplomatic Hyundai Santa Fe vehicle and invites interested bidders to submit their offer.

1. Instructions for interested bidders:
1. Minimum acceptable offer that will be considered is USD 7,000.
2. The bid ("bid") must be submitted in a sealed envelope labeled "Purchase of Hyundai Santa Fe".
3. A deposit in the amount of 5% of the bid price must accompany your bid. The deposit must be in the form of a bank guarantee or cash placed in an envelope addressed to the KOICA office in Kyrgyzstan. The deposit will be returned to unsuccessful bidders without any change.
4. The Vehicle will be available for viewing at KOICA Office in Kyrgyzstan located in Bishkek on the Razzakova str. 32, during working hours.
5. The due date for submission of the bid to KOICA Office in Kyrgyzstan is on or before 17:00 Thursday, September 19, 2024.

2. Bids should be submitted with the understanding of the following Conditions:
1. The vehicle will be sold to the bidder who submits the highest offer that exceeds the
‘minimum acceptable offer’ (refer to 2.1, above). In the case that the highest offer is
submitted by more than one bidder (i.e., exactly the same highest price), priority will be
given to respective bidder who submitted the offer first.
2. Government taxes, dues and title transfer fees (if any), on the vehicle, will be the sole
responsibility of the buyer: (this is preliminary data, please check again)
• Customs clearance 0.25% - 5,376.64 KGS
• Customs clearance 10% - 215,055.6 KGS
• 12% VAT - 258,078.72 KGS
• Initial registration 5% - 21,550 KGS
* removing KOICA logo is on buyer
3. The vehicle shall be transferred to the buyer in a condition of “as is”, “where is” and
“without recourse or warranty of any kind”:
- "As is": The vehicle is being sold in its current condition, with no promises or guarantees about its quality, functionality, or any defects it might have.
- "Where is": The vehicle is sold at the location where it currently is, and the buyer is responsible for any costs or arrangements to transport it from that location.
- "Without recourse or warranty of any kind": The seller is not responsible for any future issues or defects that may arise with the vehicle after the sale. There are no warranties or guarantees provided, and the buyer cannot return the vehicle or hold the seller accountable for any problems.
4. The successful bidder will be notified by letter. Full payment of the offered price is required within 10 working days after the notice is issued.
5. The KOICA Office in Kyrgyzstan will not provide mechanical support or manpower for vehicle pickup or drop-off.

3. Further Notice:
1. Bids received after the deadline of 17:00 Thursday, September 19, 2024 will not be considered.
2. Bids shall be opened on September 23, 2024 at 14:00.
3. KOICA Office in Kyrgyzstan reserves the right to accept or reject part or all of any or all bids.
