Instructions for interested bidders:
1. Minimum acceptable offer that will be considered is USD 10,080.
2. The offer (‘bid’) should be submitted in a sealed envelope and should read “Purchase of
Hyundai Santa Fe”.
3. Bidders should submit "Expression of Interest” and the sealed offer envelope with price.
4. The bid must be accompanied with a bid bond of 5% of the offered value in Certified Payment Order (CPO) or guarantee to KOICA Office in Kyrgyzstan. The bid bond will be returned to unsuccessful bidders without any change.
5. The Vehicle will be available for viewing at KOICA Office in Kyrgyzstan located in Bishkek on the Razzakova str. 32, during working hours.
6. The due date for submission of the bid to KOICA Office in Kyrgyzstan is on or before 17:00 Monday, May 6, 2024.

Bids should be submitted with the understanding of the following Conditions:
1. The vehicle will be sold to the bidder who submits the highest offer that exceeds the
‘minimum acceptable offer’ (refer to 2.1, above). In the case that the highest offer is
submitted by more than one bidder (i.e., exactly the same highest price), priority will be
given to respective bidder who submitted the offer first.
2. Government taxes, dues and title transfer fees (if any), on the vehicle, will be the sole
responsibility of the buyer: (roughly)
• Customs clearance 0.25% - 5,376.64 KGS
• Customs clearance 10% - 215,055.6 KGS
• 12% VAT - 258,078.72 KGS
• Initial registration 5% - 21,550 KGS

3. The vehicle shall be transferred to the buyer in a condition of “as is”, “where is” and
without recourse or warranty of any kind.
4. The successful bidder shall be notified by letter of sales award; and with a subsequent
request to settle 100% of the offered price and collection of the vehicle within 10 working days after the notice is issued.
5. KOICA Office in Kyrgyzstan will not provide any kind of mechanical support or manpower for the pickup of, or drop off, of the vehicle from its premises.

Further Notice:
1. Bids received after the deadline or 17:00 Monday, May 6, 2024 will not be considered.
2. Bids shall be opened on May 7, 2024 at 14:00 Hours.
3. KOICA Office in Kyrgyzstan reserves the right to accept or reject part or all of any or all bids.
